Just wanted to let guys/gals know that I will be hosting a "Bass for Christ" fishing tournament at Lake Nockamixon, in Bucks County Pa.  Date is Saturday July 18th at the Tohickon Ramp (first light registration 4am).  Top 5 places will be paid, as well as Top Lunker.  Fee is $60.00 per boat, which includes the Lunker fee already.  Not here to chat about Reli...

The water level in the Swattie has finally dropped low enough to make wading possible, although still somewhat difficult.  The level was 2.06 feet at the USGS site in Hershey, approximately 3 miles upstream of where I was fishing, near Hummelstown.  Wading this area is best (and safest) below 2 feet, and ideally closer to 1.8 or 1.7.  Fished from 4:30 - 6:30...

Just tried out the new Humminbird 798 si.  Once you go HD there is no going back!
