I have begun planning a 2nd gathering,but need to know if there will be an interest. This one weather/water permitting will be a wading gathering in the swatara or one of its tribs.

#1 Will there be any water in June?

#2 Date?

#3 What section of the Swatara?

ok june 25th 6-6;30am same meeting place got 4 areas lined up for that saturday.
it'll be a wet wade,can change in camper or restroom shower room.
the ones who go to one of the areas it will be on average crotch deep,pretty good smallie area.
wading up from campground and still had knee deep to chest deep water,and bridge is at 1.25ft.
let me know if your coming. T1 we can hit upper IR or trout run again depending on who all comes.

I should be there but we have been having overtime at work which is very rare so i take all i can get. I probably wount know till the week before for sure.

I was thinking ,maybe SUNDAY the 26th would be better for all. Chime in with your opinions. I am there sat/sun so if ya wanna come sunday instead let me know,plenty of places to go to around here.

OK hope got act together now with the calender June 26th a SATURDAY is the planned day, lets make it 630 to meet at store. look for my blue chevy with black cap in parking lot. Wanna start taking people to areas by 7 or so. Swattie is going to be a guide again,along with me. So if you can come great,if not thats cool.

I need to know who is coming as with the water levels real low the number of places to go has dwindled like the levels.
Suppose to be hot so bring or buy drinks to carry along while wading.
Last week minnow baits 2-3" were working ,small cranks,tube jigs also but tubes in med-deep holes.
We will discuss all options at store in morning.

This is the 1st Wknd of my 1wk Vacation @ Shelly Island. I'll be fishen Lake Frederic for whatever swims, and trying to target Carp(never tryed to catch one on purpose)

I would HIGHLY RECOMEND thus to all that enjoy fishing streams like the Swatera Creek. Also the food at the store is yummy
